Kelly joined OAS in August 2010. She is a graduate of WVU, where she majored in Public Relations and Minored in Political Science. She is OAS’s Closed Captioning Coordinator, a trained TypeWell transcriber, and a mentor. She enjoys gardening, kayaking, and spending time with her dog and two cats.
