Stephanie "Tess" Ervin

Stephanie earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from WVU in 2017. She previously graduated from WVU with Bachelor’s Degrees in both Speech Pathology and Audiology, and Multidisciplinary Studies. After completion of graduate school, she became a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC).

Stephanie was previously employed with the West Virginia Division of Rehabilitation Services as a Rehabilitation Counselor from 2017-2021. She has experience in working with individuals with various diagnoses with a specialty in working with individuals who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Stephanie served on the steering committee to assist with the launch of the first Project SEARCH program in the state of West Virginia in 2020.
